Are the bacteria strains in Skin Youth Biome™ different to the ones in Skin Clear Biome™

Yes they are different. The strains in Skin Clear Biome™ are Lactobacillus paracasei, Lafti® L26 AF - Bifidobacterium bifidum, Rosell®-71 (R0071) - Lactobacillus helveticus, Lafti® L10 ND - Saccharomyces boulardii. We have also added zinc due to its multiple skin and wellness benefits – particularly helpful for normal skin health.
The strains in Skin Youth Biome™ are Lactobacillus Rhamnosus GG, Pediococcus Acidilactici HA-524, Bifidobacterium Longum Rosell-175, Lactobacillus Reuteri HA-188, Lactobacillus Acidophilus HA-122 and Lactobacillus Plantarum HA-119 plus vitamin C to support natural collagen formation.
