Directions

We advise taking 4 capsules a day for a minimum of 14 weeks, after which you may wish to reduce to one or two a day for a further few weeks.

How long should I continue to take the supplement?

We recommend you take the food supplement for a minimum of 14 weeks. After that, many people choose to take the full dosage for several months. After this time, you may wish to gradually reduce to three capsules per day and then after a month to two a day.

When should I take Skin Accumax™?

We would recommend that you spread the capsules out during the day. We recommend taking two capsules with breakfast and two with dinner. Vitamins are best taken with food. If you cut down to two capsules take them with breakfast or dinner. You may spread them out, if you wish.

What happens if I forget to take them?

Just continue taking the recommended daily dose as normal. There is no need to compensate for missed capsules. It’s okay to take all of your capsules in the evening if you forget in the morning.

Is it okay to take more?

We don’t recommend more than four a day.

How long should I use Skin Accumax™ for?

Everyone is unique and so is your skin journey so this will vary from person to person. For over 10 years, we have been recommending a minimum of 14 weeks. However, some people have been taking Skin Accumax™ for several years. At the end of the 14 weeks, you may prefer to gradually reduce to three capsules per day and then after a month to two a day. Whereas others continue to take 4 capsules per day for many more months. You may consider adding a skin supplement regime to maintain healthy, radiant skin.
